Shipping Policies
Shipping Damages will be covered only on Third Party Fulfillment shipping system. If any product got damaged due to bad handling then aquadcoaqua will not be responsible for that, the resolution against the loss will be one according to the response of shipping party.
** We need 3-5 business days to process your orders.
**For express shipping the tentative time is given by courier companies itself. We have no responsibilities on any escalation on tat time of delivery.
**Orders on live products ant be cancelled.
**Orders on dry materials can be cancelled. there 7% processing fees will be imposed on order value.
Why are not going to be responsible for courier bad handling?
Most of the products related to our business are very sophisticated and sensitive ,so delicate handling is uttermost required. To ensure that we use high quality materials for packaging and also we attach caution levels indicating the steps to handle any sensitive parcel. But often courier persons handle badly those items without observing the labels on the package. Due to bad handling products may get damaged sometimes. So in that case we are not going to change the item until we get any constructive reply from the courier service personals. So you are to bound to take the risk to get products without the transport damage responsibilities criteria.
In the case of damaged or wrong product kindly write to us at aquadcoaqua@gmail.com or contact us with proper images and description. In the case of damaged product we will initiate the refund (in the fulfillment parcels only) and in the other case we will pick up the products from customer and replace (after getting consolidated reply from courier responsible for handling of the item).
You are advised to take a video at the time of opening the parcel (including the packaging). As it will be necessary evidence of received condition of product.
What is aquadcoaqua fulfillment delivery?
We deliver items via our own transport system. We take total responsibilities of product during the shipping phase. If you receive damaged or wrong product we will take it back and will replace (1st priority) or refund(2nd priority).
No return coverage will be given for live stock shipping. Once products get picked up from our warehouse can’t be reverted back and modify. At any cost we can’t fulfill the return and refund coverage against the parcel containing livestock.
There will be no refund or replace coverage on live stock shipping. Once order gets confirmed no further change can be possible with that. We will send the images or videos (if customer needs) of the livestock for reference before packaging and also will ensure superior level of packaging.
If livestock gets damaged in the phase of shipping aquadcoaqua will not be responsible for that.
If shipping takes longer time than scheduled time specified by third party courier services then write to us. We will try to give you the additional info discussing with the handling party. Till the confirmation of the courier services no cancellation of orders will be appreciated.
The tracking ID s will be updated automatically against your invoice in tracking ID portal. If any problem generates getting the tracking ID, you can directly contact us to avail the tracking details.
In the case of our failure to ship any product we will initiate the refund to the recipient account (provided by the customer).
To get refund on damaged products you need to give us proper video recording on the time of unpacking , product images, invoice.
To return the damaged product customer can directly send us the product with proper packaging (make sure to give all parts including invoice and user manual in the package) to our gallery address. The shipping charges will be provided by aquadcoaqua. You have to sen us the courier receipt copy.
