Originating from North America, Echinodorus Tenellus – Narrow Leaf Chain Sword with its grassy like appearance,  will form lush dense growth in the foreground of the aquarium. It’s leaves are slightly thicker than that of hairgrass. A fertilized substrate, high lighting and CO2 will bring out the richness of this plant. It will grow between 5 – 10cm in length. Propogation is by runners. Plant a few centimetres apart so the plant has room to expand.
